Quick,efficient service, easy to use site, good quality photos.

I had to phone as my order did not arrive. The book eventually arrived and is good, however the front picture is darker than I thought it would be. Thank you.

Quick excellent service. I am very happy with my order.

We ordered the 50 free 6x4 photo prints and were very happy with the overall experience. The service was slick and efficient and the final product we received was of good quality. The only issue we had was with the crop view on the final check before purchasing; all the content of our photo showed as inside the crop marks on the system but some of it was cut off when we received the prints. We adjusted at our end for a second run, which came out fine, but it would be better if this were more accurate. Overall we were very happy, but would recommend people allow for greater margins than seem to be required.

Good quality and fast results. Always excellent service

The quality of the prints is absolutely appalling. The paper is extremely flimsy, and every photo with a blue sky or other solid block of colour has been reproduced covered in wavy lines. Dreadful. Obviously costs have been cut in order to offer discounts, but it's not much of a saving if everything ends up in the bin.

I found it tricky getting the right photo to fit the mug for printing as exactly as I wanted but that aside the remainder of the process was straightforward

Always happy with the service

It's no doubt that snap fish prints are a great value offer. However, this seems to come a a cost in terms of quality output.

Prints are lacking in richness, low resolution, poor focus and generally very flat. It's a false economy as I'm now taking the images I want to a high St photo printing Co. In order to get something half decent and frameable.

Paid extra to have my delivery 19-20th July and haven’t received it. Don’t use Royal Mail if you know they can’t deliver on time!

Not the greatest

The delivery took more than a week and pictures came out dark.
The cropping tool is inaccurate as photos were cut off.
